Good: One nurse named Barb. Bad: Dr, Mondragon was too quick with her diagnose. She comes across very arrogant and doesn't listen to me when I try to explain things. My hysterectomy was a disaster! When I recv'd my pathology report I found no evidence that support her actions of taking my ovaries. I am in horrible menopause now and she just increased my dose but I have a horrible vaginal issue that she has totally disregarded.I can't even urinate and when i do I suffer with pain.The bottom line...I feel hurt,upset and she doesn't care :(. Improvements: She needs to stop acting like she knows everything and let the patient speak and her stop talking. Other: I would never recommend her as a ob. She took my ovaries just so she could be done with me...
