Good: As an owner of several apartment units in
Philadelphia, I ca say that it is a great asset to myself and our family to have Maxwell Management handle our units. Our rents are constantly being raised, and our units filled.
the accuracy and ability for us to receive our property statements monthly, our accountant raves about
our portfolio has grown due to their concern over our maintenance issues (very low cost) and constantly filled units. Bad: nothing. Improvements: they have given my family the ability to be comfortable financially due t our rent stream, and we have not lost money in our buildings like so many of our friends in the stock market. Other: we are retired and our monthly income and piece of mind is due to Maxwell Realty Management Co.
