I contacted Olson, as they were listed as a Carrier agent, for advice on my Carrier HVAC/ heat pump system.
Not only did they leave me waiting (no show on an appointment, pleading ignorance when I followed up), when I did reschedule, they were obviously not interested in my project.
I will not recommend this service provider.
