My experience was similar to Julia's, thankfully my daughter was with me when the salesman was at my home. He showed up 30 minutes early without calling ahead. I asked for estimates on 2 windows and a door, I was given estimates on the 2 windows only although I was told when I scheduled the appointment they also install doors! He spent considerable time bashing other companies with information that turned out to be mostly incorrect! When given a price I stated I was unprepared to spend so much as the estimate was very high. Salesman suddenly became very rude, packed his stuff and left! In this economy consumers want superior customer service not company bashing!
