I went in for an engine noise to find out I needed a complete engine rebuild due to sludge that wore out the engine. They acted like they were giving me a good deal at $4500. I get a letter in the mail from Toyota saying my car has a recall for sludge so I file my claim. The dealership knew about this recall but claimed I didnt qualify and when I tried to get supporting documentation from them they would not provide it, claiming the mechanic that did the work didnt document it and he no longer works there. I'll buy parts here, but NEVER trust them to do any work. I also had a salesman flip out on me because he didnt have the car I was looking for and he wanted to sell me a new car instead. I guess coming back to him 3 times to look at other cars he suggested made him upset when I told him it did not meet my requirements.
