Called for service appointment and given 1:15 pm on Dec. 07th. Arrived at 1:00 pm. after waiting 1 hour. called my husband to pick me up. After 4 hours arrived back at service dept. and told that they had not started on my car. They then rushed the car in and did a half ass 30,000 mile service did not even change the filter. Then had the nerve to charge me. Felt I had been mislead about 30,000 free service when I purchased the Camry XLE. So sad that they will never have another change to sell me a car or service my current car. Plans were to trade in March but it will be with someone else not Rick Hendricks Toyota. more

I went in for an engine noise to find out I needed a complete engine rebuild due to sludge that wore out the engine. They acted like they were giving me a good deal at $4500. I get a letter in the mail from Toyota saying my car has a recall for sludge so I file my claim. The dealership knew about this recall but claimed I didnt qualify and when I tried to get supporting documentation from them they would not provide it, claiming the mechanic that did the work didnt document it and he no longer works there. I'll buy parts here, but NEVER trust them to do any work. I also had a salesman flip out on me because he didnt have the car I was looking for and he wanted to sell me a new car instead. I guess coming back to him 3 times to look at other cars he suggested made him upset when I told him it did not meet my requirements. more

Thanks to all the folks at Rick Hendrick Toyota’s parts section. I just got the Toyota parts that I wanted delivered in time. I placed the order just yesterday and within 10 minutes a parts person called up and came forward to do the needful. Today at sharp 11 am I got the parts I wanted. So quick you people are! Very happy to know and experience. Good work chaps! Keep it up! more

Rick Hendrick Toyota is a customer-friendly dealer. I found this out when I purchased my new Prius from them. The salesperson who guided us was excellent and gentle. Quality performance and safety is very important for me and my family and this Toyota dealer fulfilled all my requirements with ease. Thanks again. more

Beware if you are a young military person. My friends son bought a car here and being young and new in the area went to this car dealership and ended up with a 19% loan rate. They were so eager to sell the car and he does take responsibility for it. They also offered a replacement guarentee on his tires. They never informed him of the fact he had to have all his alignments etc. there. He kept the receipts from all the upkeep and they would not honor that either. The loan he got was from out of state and the closest place to refinance is in Ohio. I don't recommend this unless you are a seasoned buyer. more
