Another local small computer store sent me to Mr Notebook after they diagnosed my HP with a bad motherboard. The Note guy told me that there was a little known recall on my model even though it was out of warranty. They handled the whole thing for a small fee and got my laptop back with a new systemboard! They saved me hundreds of dollars and all my data. Most places would have just charged me the $450 to "replace" the systemboard and not told me about the secret recall. Thx
