It has become very frustrating trying to schedule an appointment with your child's primary physician at this practice. It is a large practice with three locations. There are too many physicians working too few hours at each location weekly. It is likely that you will need to drive a far distance to have your child seen by his primary doctor. Many of the physicians are on "vacation" frequently, which makes it even more difficult to have your child seen by his primary physician. Also, their views vary greatly on numerous aspects of pediatric care, especially when it comes to the medical care of children with additional or "special" needs. There needs to be more thorough communication between the support staff & the physicians, as well as between the physicians themselves. Suburban Pediatric Associates needs to address these issues & make giving their patients a higher standard of care a priority.
