Ive been taking my children to this practice for 4 years, and never once have I had an issue getting an immediate appointment, whether for acute illness or regular checkup. Their extended hours are unmatched, I mean, they are OPEN ON SUNDAY! For our family it always seems like illnesses suddenly occur during one of the extended hours, and it's been a blessing knowing that they are open and willing to see us. Each of the physicians and staff are knowledgeable and thorough. Two thumbs up! Best pediatric care in Cincinnati! <3 more

It has become very frustrating trying to schedule an appointment with your child's primary physician at this practice. It is a large practice with three locations. There are too many physicians working too few hours at each location weekly. It is likely that you will need to drive a far distance to have your child seen by his primary doctor. Many of the physicians are on "vacation" frequently, which makes it even more difficult to have your child seen by his primary physician. Also, their views vary greatly on numerous aspects of pediatric care, especially when it comes to the medical care of children with additional or "special" needs. There needs to be more thorough communication between the support staff & the physicians, as well as between the physicians themselves. Suburban Pediatric Associates needs to address these issues & make giving their patients a higher standard of care a priority. more

I bring my daughters to Suburban Pediatric Associates and they are really good. I never have trouble getting an appointment when they are sick and the nurses are great and always call you back quickly. They are VERY good about answering any questions even when you call in the middle of the night when you are a new mother. more

Suburban Pediatrics has 2 locations is the greater Cincinnati area, one in Mason and One in Forest Park. The Mason office is much larger, newer, and busier than the Forest Park office. The offices have multiple doctors with late hours every evening and on Saturdays. The appointment scheduler in nice and friendly and eager to help, but plan on leaving a message when you call. The scheduler will call you back relatively quickly. Because of the size of the practice don't count on seeing the same doctor for "sick" visits, however, all of the doctors are good with children. more
