Well, if you're into highway robbery then check out Mike's in Somerville. This guy and his staff were both unprofessional and downright rude when my pregnant fiancée and I had our vehicle towed to their shop last week. We were initially quoted an insanely high price to replace a common and very easily installed part. Then, when we decided to seek help elsewhere, Mike himself refused to release my fiancées vehicle without us tkaing care of a 200 diagnostic fee which was neither authorized or discussed prior to AAA taking the car over there. (Note to self: do not mess with a disgruntled, very pregnant woman) We were looking for easy and honest and weren't terribly concerned with price. However, we ended up being treated terribly and we're out 200 bucks for nothing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
