Review content:
Recently had for my 7 year old. The assigned host was very pleasant, but the Manager and Owners were tactless and rude. The focus seemed to be on money, and getting us in and out. I arrived about 15 minutes early in hopes of setting up the goodie bags and getting situated so I could great the guests as they arrived, but was forced to wait in the front fenced in area until exactly party time. By then the guest had arrived, and we were huddled like pigs in a pen. When they finally allowed the kids in, they issued wrist bands to all the kids of the party (charging per head), and tried to tell us that my 13y/o and his friend also needed to be counted in as part of the kids. The kids were allowed to play for about 1hr 15min, and then were asked to go to the room for food and cake. After dropping $350 for 12 kids and another $150 some food for the adults, the manager came to us and “suggested” that the assigned host should be tipped 15%. I’m sorry, but 1 guy that did about 30 minutes of work (setting out the pizza, cutting the cake and painting some lame “snakes” and “spiders” on the kids face, does not warrant a $75 tip). While still thanking the guest, the Owner came up to us, IN FRONT OF THE GUEST, and told us that our tip was not enough, and even proceeded to do the math for us, telling us (STILL IN FRONT OF THE GUEST) that $75 is really what we should be tipping. Now again, as I said before the assigned host was both friendly and courteous, but unless you are telling me that these guys work only off tip, I feel that the $40 tip given was more then enough. With owners that are as tastless as this, I would never visit or suggest to others.
