I have finished writing a draft of a complaint to the Texas Attorney General's Office regarding a Monarch Dental office's attempt to sell me a deep cleaning when all that I needed was a general cleaning. Texas-based Monarch Dental and Texas-based Castle Dental Centers are subsidiaries of Bright Now! Dental, Inc.
I have copied your statements, along with the statements of other Monarch/Castle/Bright Now! dental patients in various dental offices across the country who experienced similar problems when attempting to get their standard cleanings and/or who experienced attempts to sell them dental services that they in fact did not need.
