I saw this group in June and submitted my dental insurance card at that visit. They sent me to a specialist because they could not read their own x-rays with confidence. Every month they sent a bill claiming it was unpaid. Every month I called them and the insurance company to find out why. For 5 consecutive months, Castle Dental (Barton Creek) said they had filed a claim and had checked eligibility which was denied. Each month United Concorida said they had never received a claim or a call from Castle Dental. My husband physically went in to Castle in October and showed their inept, rude staff that Castle was not set up to file electronically with UC and for that reason United Concordia would only accept a fax or mailed claim. We were assured Castle would file the claim. Within weeks we receive a letter threatening to turn us over to a collection agency for non-payment. My husband went in again, called United Concordia over the speaker phone for all to hear, who again said no claim wa
