I went to the Castle Dental on 41st street because it was on my dental plan. All I needed was a basic cleaning. When I got there, they took X-rays because it was my first visit then proceeded to tell me that the hygenist was out...the very reason I was there in the first place because I get regular checkups. Dr. Scott Berry was nice, but after awhile I got irritated with his jokes that my teeth were so good that he couldn't get more money out of me. It turned out that wasn't much of a joke. He wanted me to go through an unnecessary procedure to the tune of almost $400, even with insurance. Needless to say, I cancelled the appointment for that procedure and I still have yet to get my teeth cleaned. Avoid Castle Dental. It's a dental factory rather than a dental facility. I give them one star because this site doesn't allow a no star review.
