Review content:
I went to Castle Dental on South Lamar. They are listed on our dental plan and the office was near our home. After my initial visit and X-rays, I waited weeks to hear from the office regarding my treatment. I finally went back to the office and was told that the dentist was not longer with Castle and my file had been left sitting on her desk (for 2 months). The office is run-down looking and the windows are dirty. There was a dead bug on the floor. There was one receptionist that was very helpful. I didn't get her name (twenty something, long dark hair) She deserves credit. She assured me that she would follow up. She did call me back, but when I went to pick up my estimate, she was not there. This time the receptionist didn't even turn around from her computer. She told me there were people ahead of me and I should take a seat. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.
