My van started to sputter the day before I was to travel to Minneapolis. I called and explained my situation to Penny. She told me the schedule was full, but to bring it in and they would see what they could do. The were able to find the problem that afternoon and fix it the next morning, saving my trip. That is why I go there, they are real people who understand daily life and my hectic schedule. Thank you Penny and everyone at Westside Auto Pros.
