I can't say how happy I am with Charm. I occasionally have threading done by Ann but Armela is the best there. Her hair styling, color, highlights and blowouts are phenomenal. That woman belongs in an upscale salon but stays to take care of all of us.
With the economy in bad shape she is still always busy. She has long time and new clientele that don't come in any less frequently as her prices are more reasonable than any place in this county.
Thank you Armela for giving your all to your customers. I show my appreciation in tipping. I tip her based on the higher prices she should be charging.
