Worst

They don't really shape well at all and they follow up their threading with tweezing which in all my years of being a threading client, the master threaders have steered clear of....

I don't have good experience there. The girl - REHAZA - she burned my feet so bed and she didn't ecsept her fault ! I was so disapointed ! more

Sneha has angel hands! I went for my waxing to her and it was amazing experience! I never had my waxing without pain but she did that! I didn't feel any pain at all! She did magic! more

Best waxing place 3/28/2012

I got my waxing at charm with SNEHA and she did grait Job. She was nice and she tried to distract me from pain which is good. I like her n I will go again to her. more

Dulce is the best hair hairdresser.. 2/18/2012

I had my hair done by Dulce and it was perfectly done. Sometimes there is a wait but it is well worth the wait. Dulce really does magic with your hair. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER more

Don't go there.it was my first time after soodi left. The girl was talking about Indian people and she don't know that Im Indian because I don't look like. She was talking so bad about people and owner.she behave so unprofessional! I don't remember her name but she behave so cheap! more

Armela is the BEST! 11/24/2010

Had major problems with my hair color from trying to color at home. Decided to try Charm Hair Salon. Went to Armela. She is really great. Not only did she fix my color, she gave me great color. Very natural looking. I get lots of compliments. The cut was great too. She really knows how to cut hair. She is the best! more

Ann is at Arc 10/1/2009

So Ann is at Arc? There are still great threaders at Charm. If I had a hard time getting it done there, I would go to Ann but staying put for now. Armela is the best at hair, any type from highlights to short/long cuts, long blow drys is her speciality. Prices are very reasonable. It's not a fancy shop but I get my money's worth. All of my friends go there now too. Five stars for Charm. I'm sorry to see Ann leave. :-( I hope Armela doesn't b/c if she does I'll follow her. more

Great salon for threading and hair! 9/22/2009

A busy place but a great place to go! I went for threading on recommendation. I wound up having my hair hi-lo-lited the next week by Armelia. It was the best I ever had done. I give Charm 5 stars. more

Ann left Charm, has her own new business 8/8/2009

Ann left. She opened her own place. A few people are trying to find out where. They said they'll post here when they find out. Charm is still very good. Armela does great hair and is always busy, book appts in advance if you can. Don't let anyone switch you from Armela to someone else, she is the best but the busiest there. Someone tried to get me to use someone else, I wouldn't do it because she does such a good job. No reason for her to lose her customers b/c the other girls aren't as busy as her. Geesh! For threading, use the girl who has Ann's chair for now, she does a decent job or ask Armela who is best. The prices are still $8 for eyebrows which is 1/3 the price they charge in Ridgewood or what Ramsey used to years ago. Now that's a rip-off, $25 for eyebrow threading? more

I use her too and going to Armela to get my hair cut and colored this week. She'll know what's up. Ann wasn't there last time I went, whomever did my threading did a good job but was fast, didn't do as thorough of a job but it was ok. I'll post after I find out. As always, Armela is phenominal for hair at such good prices!! Last cut and color came out awesome! WTG Armela. She does mine, my Mom's, all three daughters and a few friends hair. Not one complaint! A little jealousy due to how busy Armela is, that I don't like at all. Other than that all is good at Charm. Let's find out where Ann is and ask Franco too and tell him, we want her back! Let him pay her well enough to come back and he can afford to. more

I have been going to Sylvia for 3 years for Brazilian waxing and have never been disappointed. She has always made me feel very comfortable and took care to make sure a sanitary and superior job was done. more

I can't say how happy I am with Charm. I occasionally have threading done by Ann but Armela is the best there. Her hair styling, color, highlights and blowouts are phenomenal. That woman belongs in an upscale salon but stays to take care of all of us. With the economy in bad shape she is still always busy. She has long time and new clientele that don't come in any less frequently as her prices are more reasonable than any place in this county. Thank you Armela for giving your all to your customers. I show my appreciation in tipping. I tip her based on the higher prices she should be charging. 5 stars for Charm and Armela. more
