Review content:
Good: Sales person Randy offered lots of knowledge and helped me to get my HOA sign off on the project. The prices I got quoted for seemed reasonable for the windows I go. Not to mention they qualify for tax rebates and other rebates that are going on right now. The day of install, the guys came on time and did a swift job. Patched up, cleaned up after themselves and was very courteous. Walked me through and showed me the operations of window before final sign off and payment.. Improvements: I'd like to have the windows installed lot sooner than 2-3 weeks, but I also understand if it's gonna take that long to manufacture etc. Bob the owner should really advertise to users on Judy's BOok instead of Angie's List. Why pay $70 a year, when it's all free and you get better reach?. Other: If you are thinking of getting windows replaced, give these guys a call. So far I am very pleased with the new windows, quiet, warmer and looks very pleasing too compare to my old single pane aluminum windows..
