Northwest Window and Door installed at our condo complex previously, the quality of this work was known and very satisfactory. They also are farmiliar with the installation guidelines mandated by the Homeowners Association. My existing windows were our of date and did not keep unit warm. With my new Milgard windows my unit is much warmer and I have noticed alot less sound is coming into my condo. more

I chose Northwest Window & Door because of the low key approach by the Sales Rep (Randy I think) as well as the featured price for triple pane. I wanted to replace my windows to reduce my heating bills and keep the house cooler in the summer. It did that and more. My home is warmer during cold days and does not heat up during the warmer days, which is comfortable for me. When it is a nice day I am enjoying opening the windows for fresh air and I wasn't able to do that before. I love the look of my new windows inside and out and I am thinking about a new entry way door. I would recommend Northwest Window and Door to my family and friends. more

Good: Sales person Randy offered lots of knowledge and helped me to get my HOA sign off on the project. The prices I got quoted for seemed reasonable for the windows I go. Not to mention they qualify for tax rebates and other rebates that are going on right now. The day of install, the guys came on time and did a swift job. Patched up, cleaned up after themselves and was very courteous. Walked me through and showed me the operations of window before final sign off and payment.. Improvements: I'd like to have the windows installed lot sooner than 2-3 weeks, but I also understand if it's gonna take that long to manufacture etc. Bob the owner should really advertise to users on Judy's BOok instead of Angie's List. Why pay $70 a year, when it's all free and you get better reach?. Other: If you are thinking of getting windows replaced, give these guys a call. I was very impressed with Northwest Window &Door Co. They were the lowest est. The salesman Randy seemed very knowledgeable and offered some very good suggestions. The crew kept to schedule, very skillful , cleaned up, and made sure I was happy before asking for final payment. I would recommend them anytime. more
