I recently had a terrible experience at the Animal Medical Center in Fountain Valley which upset me very much. I wrote a letter of complaint and received a very nice response (a phone call) from Dr. Kendrick regarding the incident in which he apologized for his staff and said that it looks like a meeting is due with his staff. I think Dr. Kendrick is a wonderful vet and have been going to this Animal Hospital for many years...lately I have noticed some of the staff as being very rude, which is a surprise to me since they have always been so very helpful and caring in the past. The new staff should take some lessons from the staff who have been there for a while. I will continue to take my animals at this Hospital only because of the care and compassion of Dr. Kendrick.
