I paid my rent on time the every month and cleaned the apartment spottless yet they still kept half of my deposit for a previous tenants damage! I had proof that I didnt do the damgage yet they still would not refund me my money! I tried calling them and the owner said to never call there again and to stop harrassing them and hung up, but this was the only time I had tried to contact them!!! I hear from even the people that work for this scum bag that he will nickle and dime you to death and they are right!! DO NOT RENT FROM HIM!! I live one st. back in a nicer, bigger and cheaper place from b and b properties!
