Review content:
This company doesn't return phone calls and doesn't keep appointments. I understand having to set aside blocks of time (i.e., 8am-12pm or 12pm-5pm, etc.) for a service call, but when I have given up half of my day to wait for you to show up, do me a favor and SHOW UP! If I can't trust this guy to show up or return my phone calls, how in the world am I expected to trust this guy to fix a major appliance in my HOME????
