In general, the staff is friendly. It seems they are always too busy to answer phones. (This is understandable since the people taking calls are also the ones checking people out.)
I only go there now to get prescriptions. I had a finger injury diagnosed by a doctor.
He taped it with regular tape (the ones you use on paper) and said it was a sprain. A few weeks later, it was still swollen and painful. I saw a different doctor and said I should have gotten surgery. Now I have a finger deformity. If you don't think the doctor is right with an assessment, demand a second opinion. Good luck.
