Review content:
Firstly they wont tell you anything while you are in their office. They'll say
we'll call you and let you know. All they do is give you a long list of TO DO's with a 600 $ estimate.
When you say about the problems that you face they wont listen properly.
I told them to do an Oil change and the manager said "I never heard you say that."
which was totally ridiculous.
I asked if my brakes were bad to the point where its a safety issue.
He said you could do it next month...and thats it !!
I will never go back to MIDAS coz now i know for sure they really dont care
for customers and have no personal touch. I guess they are ok for small
stuff like Oil change and 100 point nonsensical checkups but when
you want real "ADVICE" on your car, this is NOT THE PLACE where you'll find it.
