I've recently had a terrible experience with At Home Furniture in Albany. To quote a staff memeber there, "In these tough economic times....". Well, in these tough economic times I wish I had spent my money else where. Each time I called regarding my order I was given a different answer. Miscommunication or lies? I'm not sure. I finally received my order a couple of days after filing fraud charges with my visa company. Not sure if that was a coinscidence or not.
There are a number of great furniture stores in the area. Save yourself some anxiety and buy from the others. I wish I had known of their terrible customer service before I bought from At Home.
As a new member to this community I'm saddened and disgusted by the service received.
