Businiess name:  Poirier Sales & Service

Review content:
I recently went to poirier in Newton. I needed FIVE appliances replaced due to water damage at my house.I had intended to purchase from them. I also needed their service dept. to come to my house and condemn the ones being replaced for ins. reasons. The fellow I talked to (Joe) I found very unfriendly.Buying new high end alliances, you would think he would kiss my ass. Especially where money is tight. I was willing to give them my business against my better judgment. At first he (Joe) told me it was going to cost me $95 for a service man to make the house call. I was fine with that. When I called to make the appointment, A bitchy woman told me different. The cost went up to $300!!! Then what really got me was what this bitch said next. "What are you worried about? Your insurance company is paying for it any way." The funny thing is, Splash is right around the corner. I found them very accommodating. The moral of my story is, GO TO SPLASH!!!
