I went to JC penny salon and had a amazing stylist! She listened to me. She was young and up on current trends. No matter where you go, you will find good and bad stylists. I went to the most exspensive salon and spa in bellingham and had then FRY my hair so you just have to find the right stylist! Janis at JC penny salon Rocks
