The only time the company did what they promised was when they arrived on time to bid and collect the 50% deposit on my new entry gates. The company delivered the masonry anchors a week later than promised. When it came time to take the final measurements, I was to meet them and discuss some changes, they never came that Friday night (i called and they said they would come Saturday) They never showed, (went bass fishing instead I later learned) but I waited at home all day. When they finally got the measurements it took months to finally get the gates installed and despite dozens of calls they would not tell me the cost of the changes (I called them no less than a dozen times to inquire and went to their office as well) until two days before the gate was installed. Then they screwed me on the price. I would never use them again or recommend them to anybody. Stay away from pickle iron.
