Very pleased with quality and customer service of this company. They are The oldest iron company in Memphis and after seing there door they designed and handmade for me I believe it. Never seen artwork as beautiful and secure as what's on my house. Very pleased and highly recommend this company if u want secure beautiful doors.. more

Extremely poor workmanship, customer relations, very undependable. Even bad at cover-ups. A 1 day job has been going on for 3 weeks and is still not completed.Installers have been doing an extremely poor job... (Full Review) A 1 day job has been going on for 3 weeks and is still not completed.Installers have been doing an extremely poor job and having to redo several times over. They put the oak panels in backwards in 1/2 of the sections of wrought iron fence and used 2 different patterns and 2 different sizes. None of the sections are the same size. One end of the fence was installed 18 inches off the ground. They added extensions that didn't match up. The gates were not straight because the post and sections were way off level. This hasn't been fixed. Supervisors are rude, belligerent, and sarcastic. The supervisor's answer to the fence being so far off the ground and consequently having botched extensions was to "Plant flowers in front of it so you can't see it." There are many things still very wrong with the fence that haven't been fixed. We've not heard from them in 2 days and all the problems still need fixing. I'd NEVER recommend this company. more
