Review content:
Called Gillece this morning very early at 7 am. They scheduled me for a 8-12 call and asured me that I would receive a call from dispatcher half hour before they send the service man. They called me at 11:00 and asked me if I could reschedule for the afternoon due to how busy they were. What choice did I have, I said yes. They put me in the 12 to 4 slot and assured me that I was going to be serviced the same day. They called me back around 2:30 and said they had their best technician on his way to me. I was skeptical, but Mike showed up about 15 minutes later, looked at the furnace and fixed it for only the $95 trip charge. He found that I only had a loose wire, which he tightened. Honest service and honest employees, which saved me money.
Pros: Cost of service less than expected
Cons: Resccheduled from AM appointment to afternoon.
