The billing department is truly horrible.
I received 3 bills over a 2 month period, and when the third bill came, I called the hospital to ask them if there would be anymore coming- I was told no, and thought the matter resolved. Five months later I received a call from a collection agency, saying that they are going to report me to credit agencies for not paying my Scripps bill! I paid the bill immediately. Still don't know how to get back at Scripps. Maybe dog poop sent through the mail.
