we went in looking for good work boots (preferably Carolina's) and that is what they sold us. That is all they sold us. we brought them back for return/exchange and the owner, who is a complete jerk with horrible CS skills anyway, had LOTS of words, would not refund or credit anything until they were sent back to Carolina, and was going to charge 25.00 for not having a box. all we wanted was exchange and pay difference, they would not we took our complaint straight to Carolina for assistance.
