They suck, suck , suck!! They get your money and then the so called customer service ends before the the money hits the cash register.

Lightning strikes twice. 9/11/2022

Came in years ago looking for motorcycle boots. had no idea what I was looking for, he set me up with a pair of brown leather riding boots made in Pennsylvania. they have lasted and are still my everyday boot, went back to get fitted for some work boots and lightning struck twice, the owner might not be everyone's cup of tea, but the man knows his stuff and sold me quality boots at a fair price. more

they suck 10/30/2008

we went in looking for good work boots (preferably Carolina's) and that is what they sold us. That is all they sold us. we brought them back for return/exchange and the owner, who is a complete jerk with horrible CS skills anyway, had LOTS of words, would not refund or credit anything until they were sent back to Carolina, and was going to charge 25.00 for not having a box. all we wanted was exchange and pay difference, they would not we took our complaint straight to Carolina for assistance. more

unbelievable selection of every style of work boots. the aisles are stacked. they can fit anyone. it is overwhelming!!! i was sized and walked in a dozen different boots in pull-on and laceup. the walls are lined in a zoo of western boots. in the back room the walls are lined with biker boots and racks of hundreds of biker leathers. if you can't find it here you just don't want it!!!! more
