We bought a brand new 2009 Scion xD there are scratches all over the car after one month. We have gone in 3 times and they are unwilling to fix the problem. There is a defect in the paint, they tried to buff it, and when we got it back...it was worse than when we left it with them. They said they were done with us and told us to leave. Come on, it is brand new and they are unwilling to fix the problem. The paint stratches with a slight rub on the finger pads. They are rude, unscrupulous and liars!
