I had the exact same experience as Tish T. when it comes to sugar cookies! I mean exactly to the T. I called two days ahead of time for sugar cookies and the woman was rude and acted like I was asking for her to make me an elaborate wedding cake in an hour. My friend loves these cookies so I was doing it for her. Needless to say, I, as well, had to buy from the case. A friend went in later that day and was able to buy little duck sugar cookies right from case. Poor phone customer service..good cookies
