Review content:
I have been taking my animals to NW Animal Hospital for over 18 years. Each time I visit, the quality of service declines. The receptionist who has been working there for a long time, is very rude and impatient to customers. I feel that the doctors take advantage of their customers by performing unnecessary tests and misdiagnosing the problem. I am truly disappointed in their service and have sought out another Vet- well worth the extra 10 mile trip.
