Businiess name:  Harlem Hair Care

Overall A good shop. I came out of braids and went straight to Jennifer and when she left the shop, I followed her. I did not care for the other rude workers, especially the owner's flunkie. The flunkie, especially, had no work ethic as she would eat food while doing hair and is as rude as they come. Be assured that she will talk about you the moment you leave her chair. The owner does a great job with hair, but does play favorites with her customers. How can you play favorites with those who allow you to pay your bills and eat? The aesthetic atmosphere is great though and it is air conditioned in the summer. I liked the products and felt that the prices were reasonable. However, go between Tuesday and Thursday-- Saturdays and Sundays are too booked and you will spend your time waiting with 7 heads in front of you. With this said, be sure to make an appointment at all costs, it will make it much easier for you. I liked my very professional stylist much more than the shop it's self.
