I needed a simple Blaupunkt amplifier installation, with all adapters and extentions provided. The vehicle was a "03 BMW Z4. I spoke to Carlos over the phone the day before and he claimed he has done many BMWs and Mercedes and to stop down so he can take a look.I did stop down the next day when he just opened and he acted like the service I was willing to pay for was not worth his time. This merchant must really be doing pretty good nowadays to refuse a customer willing to pay even a few hundred dollars for an amplifier install.My advice to you go somewhere else...even to a chain audio store. At least you will get good customer service and techs that know what they are doing
