AJ tinted my 2009 Mazda and did a HORRIBLE job. He left bubbles all over the windows and refused to fix it. He did not trim the film correctly. He gave me bull excuses so I called the manufacturer (SunTek) and got completely different information. When I took my car back the employees had horrible customer service and I was turned away. He refused to fix it and said it would take 30 days for it to adhere and that the bubbles would just "go away". He knew that I was only in town for Christmas visiting grandparents (I had the service done on Dec. 22, 2009) he did a bad job probably thinking he would never see me again knowing that I didn't have 30 days to wait around, I was only in town for 7. He also did not trim the film correctly and it will probably begin to peal back soon. Also, they said they would call when the car was done, they never did. I just went back after 3.5 hours and the car was sitting in the lot. Worst vacation EVER, he made my holiday very unmerry. Take your business elsewhere and spread the word. SunTek is also filing a complaint about AJ to the Florida distributors.. SunTek's Carbon Filter, which is what Mild to Wild Car Audio Inc uses, is a great product but AJ is a horrible technician and should not be installing window tint, especially not for 130 dollars on a sedan.
