I called Dr.Nelson Smith’s office and was told to bring 600.00 for opiate detox program. When I got there on Wednesday, June 25 they took my 600.00. I signed a paper that said no refunds. Then the doctor met with me and wants 2390.00 for one week of treatment before he would start a detox program. He wrote a prescription for Suboxone for 2 days and was told to come back in 2 days. Two days later on Friday, June 27 he writes a prescription for 2 more days and says on the fifth day of treatment, Monday I would start a new week and he needs 1750.00 more or I can pay for 2 more days of treatment to get back to Wednesday. He was charging 8400.00 for this treatment and I now get the same treatment for 500.00 a month. This doctor is taking advantage of people that are trying to straighten up their life and somebody needs to do something about it because this is a disgrace to all the other doctors that are actually trying to help people come off of drugs. This doctor is going to cause somebody to hurt them self or him. AVOID THIS QUACK!!!!!!!!!
