Review content:
Pawtropolis employees (including the owner, Amanda) are very well-educated in animal behavior and how to handle animals in different situations. They are amazing, however, they rightfully and understandably have the realistic belief that the customer is *almost* always right (meaning not 100% of the time), which in reality, to run an effective business, that is true to a T. Many dog owners think they know a lot more than they really do. Pawtropolis is clean; the dogs have fun in a protected environment, and I can't say enough good things about the experiences I have had with this facility. :)
