“When I visited Yonkers Honda casually on an evening, I never had the slightest idea of what lay in store for me. The reception was cordial; the service professional, and the conveniences terrific. It has been a while since I was treated so royally as a customer.
Being a retail businessman myself, I learnt a thing or two about customer hospitality at this dealership. I have also handled customers, thousands of them, and have been a customer myself on various occasions. But this dealership is really different for its spontaneity. There was something very natural and instinctive in the way the staff came forward to serve me. The way the staff fell over each other, it was like I had descended from another planet!
This dealership also has a lot of easy finance plans for every need. I was overwhelmed by the variety of offers it came out with, as much as by the eagerness of the finance guy in making me get the best offer. This is a Honda dealership I am not going to forget anytime soon.”
