two very happy customers 7/19/2011

My wife and I made an appointment with Yonkers Honda to look at a couple of certified CRV's listed on their website. Unlike a couple of other dealers we visited, they actually had the listed cars on the lot and ready for us to test drive when we got there. The sales rep. we dealt with was named Frank. He showed us what we wanted to see, didn't try to sell us something else, and was courteous and professional. He gave us a test drive, gave us time to look over the car, and didn't hover. At the end of the day Frank and Chris (the sales manager) made us a great offer on the car we liked best. We didn't have to compromise on what we wanted and are two very happy customers. more

Of course, expense is always a concern but more so in this economy. But, setting that aside, I left commenting to my companion that the graciousness of the men who provide service is so remarkable and rare. I always feel like a queen who has been waited upon.
