Review content:
After having stood in the plumbing isle at Home Depot for over an hour
trying to figure out a plumbing issue, and having seen no less than four
Home Depot employees walk by without offering to help, I left and went
to Fischer Hardware. Within (literally) 30 seconds of walking in, I was
asked if I needed help finding anything.
I was speechless for a moment, but once I composed myself, the
Fischer Hardware employee led me to the right isle, and helped me
select the appropriate items to complete my plumbing project, and
to code, no less! The entire visit took only about 5 minutes.
The prices of most items are comparable to the big guys, and for those
that are slightly higher, I am more than willing to pay for due to the
quick & extremely friendly, and knowledgeable service attained.
Fischer's has a customer for life!
