Review content:
I was reading reviews today and I just had to comment on this store, on my most favorite store in Santa Rosa! I don't know about back then but today whenever I go into the Classic Duck I'm greeted by a friendly salesperson who asks if they can help. And if I say know they tell me to enjoy looking and let them know if they can help. Sometimes another one will ask me if they can help too but I take it as solicitous and eager to help not that they're thinking I'm going to steal. It's rare to find that in this day and age.
I took my 6 year old niece in with me the other day to look at Webkinz and my worst fear happened, she broke something! However, the sales staff was so nice and told me not to worry it happens and I didn't have to pay for the item. I would have but they told me it was not necessary. That made me love this store even more!
One time I came in for a gift and I had no idea what to get and the salesgirl was very helpful in helping me find the perfect present and she even gift wrapped it!
