Obviously something has changed. management? Employees did not get their bi-anual pay increases? Have to agree that the fish department is a deth zone. I saw one expensive salt water fish getting attacked by his tank mate. I told the staff and he said "you know how fish are, theyre allways killing eachother" these fish were both $50+
Their prices are simply too high if you shop around. I have been buying a water test kit for $15 for a few years. I saw it at denny's for $21.99!!! Why???? its the same product, same box, why the higher price? because customer service is great? its not! store is clean though but please....
