I used this group for my care in my last month of pregnancy and during delivery as I had just moved to the area. It was great that they were willing to see me as a patient since I was so far along in my pregnancy, none of the other clinics in town would accept me. Cherie Hinshaw (midwife) saw me for all my appointments before I had my baby. She was great. When I went into labor, the other midwife (Edie) was on call. I did not have a pleasant birth experience at all. She was very uncompassionate while I was in labor. She refused to give me pain meds when I asked, and when she finally agreed hours later, she tried to scare me by telling me horrible things that could happen. Then, when it was time to deliver she was very rude to me becuase I couldn't feel anything from the epidural being administered so late. She kept threatening a c-section because I wasn't "pushing" right. Come to find out, my daughter wasn't facing the right way and that's why she wouldn't come out. I would never go back to this clinic again if I knew I was going to have to see her. I even met Dr. Wonderly, who was a great guy. I would recommend both Cherie and Dr. Wonderly, but I don't have anything good to say about Edie.
