I have been buying Toyota's for over 10 years and each car was bought at Toyota of Waldorf. The sales and service department is excellent and like no other dealer I have ever been to. Most people think buying a car is an unpleasant experience, but the sales staff and managers at Toyota of Waldorf always make it enjoyable. Bob Bowman is a fantastic salesman and Wilson and Allen are great managers. All my friends and family buy there cars there and I still drive over 30 miles so they can do my service. Mike Pavan, the Service Manager always ensures a positive service experience. After moving I stopped by Toyota of Southern Maryland to test drive a Prius and after an encounter with John Link I left disgusted and went to Waldorf to buy my new car. Since then I will not even speak to another dealer. It does not get any better than this dealer.
