I bought my first car from Toyota Waldorf and I am pleased to say that I had the best experience in my deal and sales consultant 'Blake Zweifel' made sure that the sale went hassle-free. He kept giving me good suggestions along with giving me space to think and make a decision without being rushed into. I went to couple of more dealorships and I can vouch that Toyota of Waldorf was definitely one of the best places to get your car from. p.s. Don't forget to ask for Blake :) He is the best! more

What is the responsibility of the Service Manager? If his job is to oversee the work that is being done by this dealership, then it is obvious from the reviews that this is not being done. more

I have taken our Camry in for several things over the past few years and have always gotten fast and reliable service! The staff have always been professional and helpful. Mike Pavan, the service manager and LeBaron in the service department are awesome to work with! My vehicle was recently involved in a minor collision and I found the manager in the collision shop and the staff there equally as great! I love my dealership and the people who make it a great place to get service from. To the guys and gals at the dealership-Thank you all! I had my oil changed in my truck at Waldorf toyota. The next morning when I came out to go to work, the oil light came on. When I checked under the hood, all the oil was laying on the pavement in the parking lot. Naturally, I took the truck back. I was told "somebody must have forgotten to tighten something." more

After getting my tires rotated, the left front tire fell off before we got home. No quality checks going on at this dealership. Waldorf Toyota is lucky that nobody got killed because of their negligence and carelessness. Take your vehicle to Bowie Toyota for servicing. more

From their friendly and knowledgable sales team to there full serve parts, service, and body shop depts Toyota of Waldorf gives new meaning to full service dealer. I have owned many makes and models and always dreaded the car buying experience until I found Toyota of Waldorf. I got a great price, great car, high trade in value and was treated with respect what more can you ask for? I can even schedule ,my service appointments from home in real time what a cool feature to their website. Whoever said Carmax was the place to buy a car was crazy. Low trade in values, salespeople trying to pressure you and they do not service cars, what good are they? Trust me, Toyota of Waldorf is a great place and i recommend to everyone. more

I have been buying Toyota's for over 10 years and each car was bought at Toyota of Waldorf. The sales and service department is excellent and like no other dealer I have ever been to. Most people think buying a car is an unpleasant experience, but the sales staff and managers at Toyota of Waldorf always make it enjoyable. Bob Bowman is a fantastic salesman and Wilson and Allen are great managers. All my friends and family buy there cars there and I still drive over 30 miles so they can do my service. Mike Pavan, the Service Manager always ensures a positive service experience. After moving I stopped by Toyota of Southern Maryland to test drive a Prius and after an encounter with John Link I left disgusted and went to Waldorf to buy my new car. Since then I will not even speak to another dealer. It does not get any better than this dealer. more

Toyota Products - Good Toyota of Waldorf - Horrible Trade Value was 5K off from the online appraisal which we did in the sales dept. No explanation given, spent two hours in store and had a new salewsperson who had less than 3 weeks there. We asked for a mgr, and since we where looking at a commuter our 4th we own low dollar car this one would of been we where told no money in deal not interested in talking. HORRIBLE PEOPLE SKILLS HERE BUYER BEWARE TRIED TO STEAL TRADE TO BOOST UP PROFIT more

I currently have a Toyota Sienna and love it. I have taken it in for service and feel like the reps were knowledgeable and friendly. Due to my Toyota addiction (I have owned a Camry, Corolla and now the above mentioned Sienna) I thought if my husband wanted a new vehicle he should get a Toyota. He decided the Toyota Tacoma PreRunner was what he wanted. They ordered one to our exact specifications and color. I feel like we go a good deal on the pricing. It did take some time to go through the sales process- a bit too long in my opinion. They need to streamline their process a bit. I do give the dealership and the service department a thumbs up! Good customer service and good product. more

We recently had to have our Toyota Camry towed to Waldorf Toyota because it would not start. This was our first experience taking the car there and I would recommend it. They called when the car arrived since I could not go with the car, they called after dianosing problems. My customer service rep. did not know the answer to one of my questions, so she asked the mechanic and got back to me. When I went to pick up the car, it was a very quick process to pay and have them bring the car out to me. more
